  • providing the graphical documentation to the Designers assigned with drawing up the project, the executive one and drawing up the estimate of quantities;
  • checking and controlling the correct transposition of the Architectural Project in the Building ultimate Project, as well as any variants necessary in collaboration with the Designer
  • checking and controlling the correct realisation of the Executive Project in respect of the manner, regulations and times in collaboration with the Designer and the chosen company;
  • determining and choosing the furnishing, the lighting and anything else necessary for the turnkey completion of the project including the passive and active systems for building automation in collaboration with the Purchaser and the Designer;
  • determining the firms to carry out the work and/or the suppliers of materials and services, managing the offer with the Purchaser;
  • confirming and introduction the firms to carry out the work and/or the suppliers of materials and services with the Purchaser;
  • project management – technical coordination services – construction phase,
  • assistance and coordination for preparing the call for tenders regarding the execution of the works with the Purchaser’s legal office;
  • assistance and coordination to select and invite the Building Companies to the call for tenders;
  • assistance and coordination for managing the call for tenders with the Purchaser’s legal office;
  • assistance and coordination for judging the tender(s) with the Purchaser;
  • assistance and coordination for stipulating worksite insurance with the Purchaser;

    • creating-managing the document data base regarding the physical consistency of the property (measurements, cadastral data, architectural graphs, photographs, system designs, etc.);

  • definition of the leasing plans of the individual property, considering the strategies of the Property and of the market;
  • selecting and negotiating with the tenants;
  • formulating and stipulating leasing contracts with performance of the relevant formalities (registration,deposits, stamp duty, etc.);

  • definition of the estimated cost for supplies, services, maintenance of the real estate property;
  • selecting trustworthy companies and including them in the special suppliers list;
  • drawing up specifications and call of tenders for assigning supplies, services, work;
  • stipulating and managing supply contracts and services;
  • stipulating and managing maintenance contracts and work contracts;
  • managing individual work orders and supplies;
  • managing current relations with maintenance firms;
  • managing employment contracts (caretakers, cleaners) with the relevant obligations (salaries, welfare contributions, severance pay, etc.)
