Progenia SpA, Data Controller of your data, invites you to read this information to find out the purposes for which you provide us with your personal data and your rights in this regard.
1. Principles and purposes of processing
a) We collect your data in order to acknowledge your contact and respond to the information you request and for any communications in the pre-contractual phase or your request to receive our periodic newsletters. The data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes and will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and non-excess with respect to the purpose for which they are collected.
b) With your consent, we will use the other data that you wish to indicate to us to give you commercial communications about our activities, inform you of updates of interest and promote our initiatives. If you give your consent, we inform you that you can revoke it at any time by notifying us at our contact details. The mailings will be promptly stopped.
2. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision : the requested data are necessary for us to respond to your requests and for the purposes referred to in point 1/a. In this sense they are mandatory and without them we will not be able to follow up on your contact. The data not marked with an asterisk will be useful to us, with your consent and in the manner indicated by you, for the purposes referred to in point 1/b, therefore they are purely optional. Not granting consent to receive commercial communications will not have any consequences with respect to your main request
3. Methods and operations : your data will be processed only using methods, including IT and telematics, strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, and inserted into a database at our facility.
4. Scope of communication : exclusively for the purposes indicated above and in relation to the specific relationship between you and our firm, the data will be made available only to our employees and collaborators appointed by us for processing. The list of which is available at our office
5. Your rights : You have the right to know what data we hold about you; to have them updated, rectified, updated (if interested), deleted, transformed into anonymous form and to request blocking (if processed in violation of the law); to know the owners, managers and processors and those to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it; to object, for a legitimate reason, to the processing of your data relevant to the purpose of the collection and, in any case, to the processing for sending advertising material, direct sales, market research and commercial communications.
